RETREAT LEADER:

Keri Mandell

Keri, the owner and founder of emPOWERyoga, is a seasoned professional with a 500-hour RYT certification and extensive experience as a Running, Triathlon, & CrossFit coach. Renowned for her contagious high energy and relentless drive, Keri inspires her students to strive for excellence. Her classes are dynamic, engaging, and guaranteed to push you to your limits, leaving you feeling empowered and invigorated.

Erin Johnstone 

Erin has been in the fitness industry for 15 years. Certified 200 hour YTT and extensive other designations including certified life coach, personal trainer and nutrition consultant. Erin’s passion for yoga has also led her to the 500 hour holistic yoga certification. Erin is compassionate yet tough in her approach. Her classes are focused on power, stability and balance not only physically, but also mentally. Erin will push you, but also brings a positive, gratitude based approach to all her teachings.

YOGA CLASSES:

Each yoga class will be customized for active recovery. Classes will be taught for all levels. Keri and Erin will provide modifications for beginning yogis and also opportunities for advanced practitioners to grow their practice. Even if you have never practiced yoga, you will find these sessions energizing and empowering!  

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Hiking Zion- easy to moderate- walking several miles on defined trails
Narrows Hike- up to 6 miles for 4-6 hours in low water with protective gear 

Half Day Canyoneering Adventure- 4-6 hours, multiple rappels up to 60’, no experience required

TRAVEL:

There are several airports you can fly to. The closest airport is located in St. George (SGU), but we understand the flight schedule may not work with your departing city.

Airport Options:

  • St. George, UT (Regional Airport- SGU)

  • Las Vegas, NV (Harry Reid International Airport- LAS) – approximately 130 miles from St. George

  • Salt Lake City, UT (Salt Lake City International Airport- SLC) – approximately 310 miles from St. George

  • Cedar City, UT (Regional Airport- CDC) – approximately 55 miles from St. George

There is a shuttle service from these airports to the main St. George Shuttle office. Check shuttle times, locations, and make your reservation with them at: St. George Shuttle

RETREAT RATES AND ROOM SELECTION

WELCOME TO NAMA-STAY

Nama-Stay is located at 111 Juniper Lane in Springdale, UT, 84767. It is less than .5 miles from the Zion National Park main entrance and 500 feet from the nearest Free Shuttle stop! It is 5 minutes by foot to seven different restaurants, a grocery store, gifts shops, and more. All prices are in US dollars.


CABIN LODGING

One Participant Queen Bed: $2000 (2 available)

Two Participants XL Twin : $1800 / person  (2 available)

Each cabin has either a queen bed or two XL single beds. The cabins have a private shower room, private restroom, mini fridge, and a cozy porch for enjoying the views! There is no grill or stove top.

KING SUITE LODGING 1 or 3 (1 available)

One Participant: $2400

Two Participants: $2200 pp 

Each suite has 1 King bed (single or share) luxurious shower in a private bath, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, french press, and a 17 cubic foot refrigerator. There is no grill or stove top

 1 KING/TWO QUEEN LOFT SUITE LODGING (SUITE 2) SOLD

One Participant King Bed: $2200

Two Participants Queen Bed: $2000 pp

This suite is shared and has one king bed and two queen beds, a luxurious shower in a private bath, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, french press, and a 17 cubic foot refrigerator. There is no grill or stove top.

RETREAT HOUSE 2 QUEEN BEDS LODGING (PRIVATE ROOM 1) SOLD

Two Participants: $2000pp

The 1st master bedroom includes 2 queen beds with a private bath. This option will be a private bedroom with a shared living space.

RETREAT HOUSE 1 KING BED LODGING (PRIVATE ROOM 2) SOLD

One Participant: $2400

Two Participants: $2200pp

The 2nd master bedroom includes 1 king bed (single or share) with a private bath. This option will be a private bedroom with a shared living space

RETREAT HOUSE 2 XL TWIN/ BED LODGING (PRIVATE ROOM 3) SOLD

One Participant: $1800pp 

The 3rd bedroom includes 2 twin beds with a shared bath. This option will be a private bedroom with a shared living space.


Price Includes:

3 nights lodging, 3 breakfasts, 3 dinners, 6 yoga classes, 2 invigorating workshops, small group hikes, surprise gift, Unlimited Internet access, & taxes

Price Does Not Include:

Airfare, transportation to the Retreat Center, lunch, snacks and beverages outside of meal time, Narrows Hike, Canyoneering Adventure, other activities, off site meals, Park Entrance Fee.

REGISTRATION:

All rooms are single or double occupancy. They are first come first serve. Please make your room selection once you place your deposit on the Retreat Registration Form. If you are traveling with someone and would like to share a room, please let us know.

BOOKING:

You can sign up with a $500 non-refundable deposit via STRIPE. Your deposit will go towards the cost of our trip. Friends outside the US- This link will allow you to pay in your currency and it will adjust for the current value of the dollar.

50% is due by 11/1/24

Remaining balance is due 2/1/25

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

To sign up for this retreat, a non-refundable and non-transferable US $500 deposit is required. Your deposit is applied toward your retreat rate. Fifty percent is due on November 1, 2024. The remaining balance is due February 1, 2025. Payment plan available upon request. ALL payments are non-refundable. Therefore, Trip Insurance is REQUIRED. You can purchase trip insurance through Travel Insured, World Nomads, or the company of your choice. Purchase your trip insurance at the time of deposit. Please note that if you do not buy trip insurance and cannot attend for ANY reason, you will forfeit the cost of your trip.
